  • Is it easy to find a House in the busy city center of Bangkok? I will show you a house that is just 600 meters from the Nana BTS station in Sukhumvit Road.
This House is located in Sukhumvit Soi 13, just 500 meters from the NIST International School. A perfect location for families with kids at NIST.

Nice to see the contrast between busy Sukhumvit and the quiet house in the street.

The current location of NIST is the old campus of The International School of Bangkok. I spent my senior year of high school there in 1983 and 1984. It changed my life and have loved Thailand since then. Thank you for the video.

very nice modern house, would be nice if you had a month in Bangkok and didn't want to stay at a hotel.

Back in the 60s, 70s and 80s those kinds of homes were all over the city. That was before all the tall buildings were built. My parents were missionaries in Thailand and most people who lived in Bangkok back then went to International School Bangkok (ISB). Back then, ISB, Ruam Rudee and Pattana were the "only" international schools. I graduated from ISB back in 1985 and back then, the Ambassador Hotel Tower, Dusit Thani Hotel, Chokchai and Bangkok Bank were the only buildings that were over 20 stories. ALOT has changed since then, including the disappearance of most of the large homes, to make way for all the huge apartments, condos and office buildings that have overtaken Bangkok. I miss the old days! :-)

@emcanallen, we were probably at ISB at the same time. I went back a couple of times for work in 2002 and 2004 and looking to go back in the next few years.

Every thing is good accept the cable wires of road sides. It's looks so ugly. These are the negative point of entire Thailand .
