    Hey babes,
    Come join me today for some amazing healthy recipes that I have been loving! I am feeling so nourished and have been definitely making progress over the last few weeks! I think it is really important sometimes to stretch the amount of time that you are giving yourself to make progress. Make realistic goals, move slowly and practice consistency.
    Also, let me know what you think of the food and if you have any more recipes to try out! I love seeing the comments and adding them to the one new recipe I try each week!

    Whey protein powders can never be "dairy free", but it can be lactose free or casein free if the whey is in an isolated form. Nevertheless, your overall philosophy to health and what you promote for your followers is very fresh and positive.

    Hey Sami! My favorite bone broth to sip or use as a quick soup base is Pacific Foods Organic bone broth. Super clean ingredients and has no weird aftertaste. I usually add a tiny pinch of salt and whatever spices I’m feeling. They make chicken, turkey and beef. I drank a glass a day all last winter and felt like it helped me not catch a single cold.

    Optimism/positivity/good attitude along with setting goals starting with small growing up to big things are things I’ve been trying to instill back into my own brain and tell my love everyday that I don’t tell her she’s beautiful and sexy and I love her 25-100 times a day out of habit or repetition. I say it because it’s true and I believe it and she’s amazing and I want her to believe in herself as much as I do in her!!! She’s amazing just like you and I had to email her this link after watching your positive words to yourself. You have to believe in yourself first!

    Omg 🥰. First of all, girl you are soooo BEAUTIFUL, inside and out. Im so inspired now by watching you. This morning I prayed and ask God to help me with my weightloss jorney because on my first couple of days on this on and on journey(august) I was watching all kinds of unrealostic videos on yt and I felt so bad about my body, I was too hard on my self and that later lead me to binge eating and I gained all the weight that I lost long time ago when I first started losing weight(march). I stopped everything and I didn't care about my health anymore and in the meanwhile a lot of personal things happend and because of that I was so unhappy and I found my comfort in food and till now I got to the point where my weight have bad inpact on my health because of my problem with more insulin that is regulary normal(thats the main reason why I started losing weight in march). So I got in so bad place and I started diets that are so unhealthy again and then I start to binge again and got in so bad place with food. I was still dealing with my personal stuff and got to the point that I wanted to end things. From that point I got to the point where I got mentally stronger(I don't now how) and I finally dicided to get my stuff together and to lose weight but in healthy way. I was on my phone today and I said to myself that I want someone to be in my recommended that have a healthy routine and that share there journey and this video was the first thing that was recommended! I watch the video and was so happy when you said how you make your food, when you even share the instagram of girl where you got the receipt and when you told us how you make your food through the week(one new receipt). I want to thank you for sharing your journey, for being so kind and I want you all the love, success, happiness and health that you deserve. Im sorry if there is gramatic incorects but that is because english isnt my main language 🤗

    I also train my muscles. Eat some vegetable protein from beans and soy yogurt and mainly fruits and vegetables. I also eat some grains.

    loved that video so much!! would love a video on tips on how to tone up/ gain a little bit of weight and muscle like what kind of workouts, weights.. (without going to the gym training for 2h lifting heavy) find it difficult to find information.. like your body is my dream goal so would love some tips on that!! thank you so much for everything 🥰

    Hi! I'm a little late in watching this video BUT Noma Lim is a bone broth brand that I love! I really like their Thai Coconut chicken. I add an additional scoop of collagen protein to the smaller cups but it's the only bone broth specifically for sipping that I love.

    Hey Sami, love you videos❤️ since you don’t eat dairy, do you find it tough eating out? And are there days where you eat dairy in small amounts as a treat or is it a strict no dairy diet? I know that when I cut out dairy it makes my hormones better but I get quite tempted when I go out and see that pizza or cake 🤯 X

    Have you tried Arbonne plant based protein? I struggle with whey protein and lots of other vegan protein powders due to amounts of sugar and sweeteners in them, but arbonne is one of very few that doesn’t bloat me nor gives me extreme stomach pains as others used to + I would always break out from lots of different ones.
    Arbonne has good ones, I think I saw JT using the Arbonne greens powder on your tiktok guys so you might already be familiar with it ☺️🤗

    LOVE your content... love your recipes and your workouts so much! One of my fave ppl to watch on youtube! Wanted to know if you ever go out to eat and if so, if you indulge or try to find a healthier option... or even if you ever treat yourself to some cocktails... how often would you say you drink and what would you typically drink?     Omg that protein powder!!!! Was it gritty at all? That's the one thing I hate about plant-based protein but if this is still considered whey, fingers crossed it's smooth!!
