I just saw the pre-order for the Star Trek one, so I'm glad to see this review to find out what this game is all about. I have been hearing about it for a while but didn't take the time to look into it, until this next theme caught my interest. It looks like fun. We used to have a pinball machine that I really enjoyed playing. It was really hard to get the combo or score to have the ramp drop so you could go to the upper level. I was just getting good at it when my dad gave the machine away when we moved one time. I'm still not over that.
OH! You're talking about Pinball Circus (the machine in Vegas w/ the multiple levels). That's one of my favorites too! I believe there are only 2 in existence and the other one is in a private collection. The fact that you can play it at all is amazing!. The Pinball Hall of Fame is a must visit for anyone taking the trip to Vegas.
There are 3 Pinball Circus machines from what I understand. The third I believe is in the hands of the company that has forever had plans to remake it. I don't think it'll ever happen though. I've played it at the museum in LV as well. Very cool.

This game is so so good! Pinball fans like myself are amazed at the fidelity and non-pinball fans, like my wife, have fun playing too. Also, in my top 5 solo games of all time.
i was so pumped for the sequel and Tom you summed this one up nicely. I enjoyed all the tables EXCEPT t he wrestling one, not much a fan of wrestling but i could get passed that, but the teamplay mechanic felt....odd for what is normally a solo pinball experience. Superskill Pinball is definitely a Multiplayer Solo game..so i think they should avoid future coop tables (but the wrestling artstyle is awesome tho so gotta give credit for that). The other 3 tables are awesome additions to my other tables from the 1st one. Not too keen for the Star Trek one...wish they had made it 'space themed' with one table being Star Trek. But each to their own :P im sure there's plenty of Star Trek fans that'll appreciate that. But im keen for their next release after Star Trek :) i'll be pre-ordering for sure. Hopefully they do a horror themed one because my favourite pinball tables in Australia were the Dracula and Addams Family Pinball machine. it'd be cool if they could do something like that along with Frankenstein and Invisible man, similar to Unmatched Cobble n Fog. cheers for the review Tom.

I played the first version of this loads I'm not a massive fan of playing solo but this is terrific so exciting. Tom reviewed it great

I'm excited for a Star Trek one but a Horror themed one, especially the classic Universal monsters, would be amazing too.
First one was thematic but felt at least 15 minutes too long.
