hello there, my I 130 approved on april 7 2023 but still not get any welcome letter from NVC. it's been more than 2 month and i contact to NVC but NVC said don't received any mail or approval notice from USCIS. so please help me what should i do.

Hi the K1 Fiancé visa process is slightly different from the IR1/CR1 spouse visa process. You won’t be paying the same fees as a spouse visa. You’ll need to complete the DS160, make sure to print and keep the confirmation page because you’ll need that for the interview. The DS160 is an online form that’s should be on the CEAC or NVC website. NVC after reviewing your case will be sending it straight to the embassy and then you’ll do the medical exams and schedule your interview. But, NVC will send you a letter with instructions because the exact process differs depending on your specific embassy.
Hi, from my understanding it’s one affidavit fee per case: “if you are a U.S. citizen with petitions for your spouse and/or child(ren) processing at the National Visa Center concurrently, you only need to submit one Affidavit of Support fee payment. It appears it’s one affidavit per case.” However, there are instances where NVC requests the affidavit fee per individual. This maybe for those who case does not fall in the category stated above. Hi, you do not have to pay to receive your NVC case and invoice number as you need both to be able to login to the CEAC website to complete the NVC stage of your visa process. You can reach out to them again to request your invoice id number. Please check your spam & junk mail to make sure an email did not go there.

Hi, I’m sure you’ve double checked your account number to make sure it’s accurate. Maybe call your bank again and ask if you should be using a different routing number for this particular transaction. Some banks have multiple routing numbers for different transaction types. If all else fails, you may need to use another bank checking account. Perhaps transfer the money to a family member or friend's checking account and pay from there. You can use anyone’s account as long as it’s a US banking account. Oh, it is a checking account and not savings, correct? I believe it should be a checking account only not savings.

Hi, if the funds were deducted from your account it sounds like an error in someone’s system. I would first contact the bank to confirm payment cleared and was paid to NVC. Once confirmed I would email NVC explaining that the funds cleared and include a receipt to verify that and then ask why payment is marked as rejected on their end. Hi, I just made a payment for AOS and IV using my Meriwest bank account and the status is “in process”. Is that okay if I used ny personal checking account? I didn’t know it has to be US bank account.
Hi, yes it can be a personal US bank account. It will say “in process” as it takes about 2-3 days for your transaction to clear. Then it will be updated to “paid”.

Hi! Are you applying for your sister? If so, her priority date must become current before NVC will activate the buttons for her to move forward with next steps. Typically NVC will send an email with detailed instructions on what you are to do next. The email will say if you need to wait on a priority date to become current or if you can move forward with paying fees and submitting and/or uploading documents. Check you and your sister’s email to see if you got any email instructions from NVC. Also, you can send any questions about your case to NVC to see what to do next here. This is nuts my husband and I our in CR we don’t have an American bank account yet why do they make this so hard what am I going to do my god help us! 😢
@@KimG777 nope they still request us address/ ids and have to go back home to do so I’m waiting here with our kids in CR for us all to go back home with him but this is nearly impossible how they make things so hard for us. My cousin said he will try and see if he can make the payment since he’s back home. 🙏
If you’re cousin can make the payment for you that would be great. It can come from anyone’s US bank account as long as that person authorizes you to use it.
Are you using your Business banking account to pay your fees? If not, and you are using your personal banking account, just leave that field blank or put N/A.
Hello i read all comments Here i have an issue with payment of NVC fees . I am getting increasingly frustrated with the CEAC website. We have an approved I-130 petition and are trying to pay fees . Every time I try to pay, the payment looks like it is processing, and then I receive an error message on the top of the screen (it says just that there was an error, try again later). However, after I receive this message, the payment is shown as "In processing" and I cannot try again. After some days it goes back to "Pay now" as though the payment was not accepted. This is the second time now that this has happened to me. Does anyone have any advice about what browser to use?

If you’re using a business account to pay for immigration fees, you would enter that specific business name.
