    The carousel on the last website actually works on mobile! There's a difference in mouse-events and touch-events. To test on a computer, open the dev console, and test with responsive devices. This will turn your mouse into touch-events, which i just tested, and works fine for the carousel.

    Also, in the final website, the carousel does work in the small width mode, it just switches from using buttons to scroll, to using touch to scroll, since it could be assumed that the user is probably on a smartphone with a narrow width.

    Is $5 for a project not just absurdly slavish? This is a stain on web development as a profession. In large part, this is caused by ignorance of clientele as they cant really appraise the efforts put into creating a website.
    Imagine a web developer who codes by hand trying to carve out market for himself in this kind of cutthroat competition? What is d meaning of $5? What can that do in someone's life? I now see why many sites are so identical, horrible to look at, and as interesting as a Microsoft Excel template. With the advent of CSS3 and its possibilities, you would think you would begin to see a flood of interesting mind-blowing effects, design interactions and layouts that would rival graphic designs, but no! Its still sites that look like boxes stacked ontop each other you'd get to see everyday of your lives. And why won't u when people are willing to accept $5 for a site?
    No imagination, no concepts. Instead of deceiving myself on fiverr, forming civilisation and charging peanuts, I rather find something else to do. Im beginning to think poverty really ravages large swathes of the world's populace, far more than I earlier thought.
    The last guy did quite a fantastic job for just $5. Even if he would keep on templating that project for his next contracts, $5 is still unacceptable for such work.

    • @rvm2622
      @rvm2622 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      5$ This is a reasonable price! Why? Because they have to work! If they don't, they will die. All people in countries 3 of the world believe. Developer=rich. But as you see it is not.
      But actually, I'm glad this goes this way. This path gives us many opportunities in the future to receive free services.
      For example, a free site in a few clicks.
      My conclusion
      The more a person thinks how to make money
      The more he is willing to work for free for the prospect of being rich
      And the more he kills the industry.
      Now multiply that by 1,000,000
      Cool?
