I would say give beef, chicken, turkey a try. Japanese recipes are quite flexible! I used beef before and it turned out good too.
Yeah! You can use chicken or beef or any meat (except for pork) as a substitute ingredient. It tasted so good too!
This meatball recipe looks like a classic Turkish meatball (except oyster sauce and milk.) and we use minced beef. It is really delicios.
