Mix 1/4 teaspoon of salt with cabbage and let it sit for a little bit (she puts it in the fridge). While the cabbage sits in the fridge, prepare the ingredients for the soup. Dice 1/4 onion Mince 1/2 clove of garlic Cut 1/2 tomato to edible slices Cut 1/2 a slice of bacon (her slices of bacon are pretty big tho) Once finished, set the ingredients aside. Time to prepare the eggs: 4 eggs (for soft-boiled eggs) 2 eggs (for more hard-boiled eggs) For the soft-boiled eggs: once the water starts to boil, keep the eggs in for another 5 minutes at medium heat. To make sure the yolk comes to the center, occasionally stir the eggs while they boil. When they are done, puts the eggs in an ice bath to make sure it doesn’t continue to cook. Cook the hard-boiled eggs for 5 minutes longer than the soft-boiled eggs. Time to return to the cabbage. Take it out of the fridge, and remove the water from the cabbage (by squeezing it). Add 30 ml of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, and a little salt and pepper to the squeezed cabbage. Mix thoroughly, then refrigerate for about 30 minutes. While the cabbage refrigerates, Crush the hardboiled eggs for the egg-salad. Once crushed, add 2 tablespoons of mayo and little salt and pepper. Mix well. Sauté the garlic, let it simmer, then add the bacon and onions. Cook for a little bit then add 450 ml of water. Add one cube of bouillon. Let it stew for a little over medium heat. Finely chop some parsley. Remove the scum at the top of the soup. Continue to let it stew. Add the tomatoes and add some salt and pepper. Let it stew. Have a little taste then adjust for salt and pepper. Put them into bowls ==PUTTING THE SANDWICH TOGETHER== Toast 4 slices of bread. Take out 4 slices of ham Spread a little bit of Dijon and regular mustard onto a toasted slice of bread. Place 2 slices of ham on top, then spread half of the egg salad mixture on top. Place two soft boiled eggs on top of the egg salad mixture. Place half of the shredded cabbage mixture on top. For the other piece of toast, spread a sufficient amount of butter on it. Place it on the other slice. (She wraps it up to make it easier to eat.) Repeat for the other sandwich. After letting the sandwiches sit for about 5 minutes, cut the sandwiches in half, then place them on a place. Sprinkle some black pepper and parsley for garnish. ==FOR THE YOGURT== Get some yogurt into a bowl Add some melons Refrigerate ==FOR THE MILKTEA== In one pot, put in tea leaves and water until the tea leaves are steeped enough. In another, boil some milk. Add the contents of the first pot into the milk. Add sugar, then let it continue to steam (?) hope this helps?? ;--;
