【お弁当の詰め方】
１.温かいご飯をお弁当箱に詰め、冷ましておきます。
２.温かいおかずもお皿にとって冷ましておきます。
前日のおかずを使う時は、レンジでよく温め直し、冷まします。
３.ご飯とおかずが詰まったら、よく冷めていることを確認してから蓋をします。
【腐敗防止】
★抗菌シートを使用する。
★お弁当を詰める前に、容器を酢やキッチン用アルコール除菌などで軽く拭いておく。
★トマトのヘタは取ってよく洗って入れる。
★ご飯を炊く時に、酢や梅干しを一緒に入れて炊く。
★保冷剤、保冷バックを使用する
【抗菌効果があると言われているもの】
★大葉、笹の葉、生姜、梅干し、わさび など
※梅干しは接した部分のみしか抗菌効果がないそうです。

※生もの（半熟卵等）を扱う動画があります。

Me looking at the dried seaweed: I can feel that sticking to the top of my mouth.
I have that same pair of scissors. When I got it from Daiso it said it's a crab shelling scissors... since then I have used it to handle every food kind except crabs. Works like a dream, real sharp and slices beautifully.
I really enjoy watching you cook, you are so relaxed when you do, or at least, this is how the camera shows the whole process. But the cherry on top was definitely you enjoying the food with your family. Husband, remember to treat your wife with lots of love and affection, she's a hard working woman taking care of you, your children, your (both of you) house. Surprise her with sweet hugs when she cooks and kisses when she doesn't expect it. You got lucky with her. Lots of hugs!

I am always "jealous" of the chicken meat you have.
In my place, when you get chicken breast/drumsticks/wings, they are always "cleaned" meaning no fat or skin. Which is sad, because fat and skin gives so much flavour and texture.

@@mollypaws I live in Germany. Maybe I would get such meat at a butchers, but most of them only have sausages and cold cuts and beef/pork. Or marinated stuff.
I honestly never saw chicken like that. Some whole chicken legs for barbecue habe skin, but not as rich as in the videos
@@samanthademon3334 I would have reccomended butchers, but I guess stuff works on the other side of the world. Here in the Philippines the butchers literally butcher the meat infront of you and you can tell them to not remove the fat or skin if you want to.
