    Hello, this is Yaltta.
    After a 12-hour train journey from New Delhi, we arrived in Varanasi. We had many worries about the train trip, but it turned out to be quite comfortable and enjoyable for us. As soon as we disembarked from the train, we were overwhelmed by the immense crowds and the sounds of rickshaws. Wandering through the narrow alleyways, we experienced unique sights we've never seen before. We didn't want to miss a single moment of this interesting day.
    We captured the hidden corners of Varanasi in our videos, so we hope you enjoy watching this memorable trip. Please join us for this enjoyable Varanasi adventure!
    Rooftop Restaurant: The Urban Terrace (Shankata Guest House Rooftop)
    Tea House: Lakshmi Chai Wala
    Rooftop Cafe: Filocafe

    It's not as such as different places to burn different castes. It's actually depend on the money you pay to Dom Rajas for the cremation. The more you pay, the up you will be. I know it because I visit Varanasi very often !!
    You will be surprised to know that the all the rituals for cremation is done by the Dom Raja family (very low caste if taken society division by what Britishers created and perpetrated to the world and us) for generations because it is believed that Lord Shiv gave them blessings that if it is done by their family, it will lead to moksha.
    And to be honest if the division existed in those times as it is today, why would a high caste person will allow a low caste to touch their body ?? Divisions were there but it was based the abilities and work one used to do rather than what it has become now i.e. on the basis of birth !!

    • @yaltta
      @yaltta  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Your insights on cremation practices in Varanasi and the role of the Dom Raja family reveal the complex relationship between caste, society, and religion in India. The respect given to the Dom Raja family, traditionally seen as a lower caste, for their role in cremation rituals is a unique example of how religious significance can transcend social hierarchies. Thanks for sharing the knowledge!😆
