Adding kasoori methi gives good flavor to palak paneer

Okra should be dry roasted or fried in oil before putting in sambar mix which is further cooked with other ingredients

Sambar is made differently in South Indian states ..tamil nadu version is best with lot of vegetables without coconut

Turmeric also has beautiful flavour when let to fry with chopped onion

Amazing video but We only use pinch of turmeric in our dishes somewhat like 1/4 small spoon. This much amount of turmeric can make food bitter
