Linklight returns to the workshop for Rivals of Aether which gives you access to custom new characters or mods! In this video I check out Noelle from Deltarune Chapter 2 Snowgrave route. She is extremely powerful but her combo game can be a challenge to get used to. I would imagine a player who knows what they're doing could be quite the threat.

She takes dmg due to the thorn ring which in deltarune makes you slowly take damage until you have 55 hp (LV if written in old numbers real nice reference toby)
Didn't know the lv reference.

it’s what she does to burghley in the normal route if you watch the susie cutscene
Low TP neutral special is iceshock, one of Noelle’s spells.
There are some references.
You lose hp because of the thorn ring (In deltarune Noelle's hp goes down until 55)
Her normal attack is when she was literally shaking the life out of berdly

The forward tilt is just berdly frozen sideways
If you slow down the video you can just barely see him frozen in the center of the ice

This character has more original moves than references, and some are obvious like Snowgrave, but I'm still gonna list the ones I see:
-Up air appears to use Ice Cap's hat.
-Neutral special is either Snowgrave or its weaker counterpart, Iceshock.
-Side special and the whole slowing opponents thing references how Sleep Mist pacifies opponents.
-Fsmash is Kris using their X-Slash attack, which is probably why it costs TP.
-The snowglobe attack is the victory animation that replaces Noelle's during the Snowgrave route.
Jab is Noelle strangling Berdly.
Forward tilt is Berdly frozen in ice
Dash attack uses Noelle’s roller coaster
Forward air uses Noelle’s FIGHT animation and plays the Iceshock sound effect
Back air uses one of Berdly’s tornado bullets
Neutral Air uses the animation she uses when she crosses the street
Shield is Noelle’s defend sprite
Up special is a clever use of her snowgrave animation, using her rising as a recovery tool
The only move I can think of which isn’t a reference is down air

Gaining tp No Matter what you do.
Get Hit,noelle gets tp.
Get parryed,noelle gets even more tp.
And then snowgrave.

Ok so she has a mechanic forcing you to fight, She doesn't want to but the voice forces her to, she gets Damage while fighting Represtning uer inner Turmiol in Firghting.
I feel the voices should've been more noticible while playing her.
