    I think this doe played while I was asleep once, but I'm seeing it for the first time. I love the recipes and how you cooked with black lentils. I'm allergic to nuts and this video had recipes that were not nut based. THANK YOU! Also, I have your app and will switch cashews out with sunflower seeds. I'd forgotten that tip.     I don't understand why so many vegans, even those who consider their diet "WFPB," use vegetables as a garnish instead of as the main food item in their diet. I understand that this day of eating is far superior to standard western fare, but it's not optimal. Add a few cups of cooked and raw vegetables, particularly leafy greens, cut back on high glycemic foods as well as vegetable oils and saturated coconut fat, and then this day of eating would be golden.

      I feel satisfied 😊 But how much you need depends on so many things. It's not bad to eat more or less if you need that.

    Is it technically a 'whole food' meal if there is added oil to the sweet potatoes? All kinds of oil is extracted fat and is not considered a whole food.
    However, I figure that adding oil to the sweet potatoes is optional.

    It's not Whole Food Plant Based diet if you use even the smallest amount of oil. Oil is not a whole food. What you eat is Plant Based diet.

    Vegetarianism is being followed here, which is excellent! However one cannot consume tofu and oil on a whole food and plant based food regimen. Tofu is a processed food, but it's whole ingredient is the immature soybean, known as edamame. Replacing the tofu with edamame would be an excellent replacement for making this meal truly whole food and plant based. The magic word here is "whole". Also why the olive oil is not Whole Food I'm afraid . Leaving all animal Foods behind however, IE foods with a mother or a face, is a guarantee of a much better Health already! Way to go! Best XO

    sugar salt and oil arent whole food infact its a ultra processed junk food cmon dont put whole food plant based if your not actually eating whole food plant based, like i am a actual whole food plant baser no oil no salt no sugar no flour no bread no processed i only eat foods that grow out from the ground and not ones that are made in a factory
