As a passionate vegan I want to say in the past I used to lack compassion towards my fellow vegans if I strongly disagreed with something they promoted or said but over time I came to realise that all the nasty and egotistical things that are thrown around are just a reflection of self.
I'm as sensitive as you are Kristina and I know it's easier said than done but try not to absorb everyone else's problems.
There's a lot people out here that know you have done more for veganism than most of the people on this planet. Don't ever forget that.
Do you ever have an issue with the food going bad? That's a lot of food for a week.

#CARBDOPING some stuff is always going to go bad but she has a video on her channel about how she stores and rotates her produce to keep things better longer.
She probably juices - all of that produce goes very quickly when it's juiced!

Personally I feel that because Kristina is so influential that makes the comments from others even more valid.
She's basically sending a message to her fans that it's ok for vegans to wear leather. Basically lowering the bar when vegans have worked so hard to raise awareness to the cause.

And anyway, what vegan would not know to check whether the shoes they have are leather or not? It would seem that Kristina wears plenty of leather shoes. She is obviously just plant-based. So she needs to stop calling herself a vegan. It's actually a pretty simple concept.

Hey what if, she borrowed those shoes from a friend? Or she shopped at a thrift store for those shoes? You never know. Also, literally, 98% of the cruelty of animals is from diet. Yes, of course buying new real leather is still cruelty. However, give her the benefit of the doubt first. Never just assume. 😀🤗

Venicestu yeah I used to watch her a couple years ago, and her diet is not in any way shape or form healthy. She needs to eat more fats, she's getting so unhealthy looking. Also, when I read your comment under her post I went to her channel and the first video I saw was her reading comments while driving, her eyes were off the road and reading!!! It's just so irresponsible and self righteous

I am on day 4 of your 21 days! Im feeling amazing! Its hard for me to eat as much as you recommend. I have 4 kids and they are eating fully raw too. They LOVE it :) I would love to see what is in your garden :)

Do you make a lot of meals for your family? It sounds like they're very supportive of all your endeavors and I'm curious to know if they eat fully raw or if you share meals with them? I'm trying to get my family to eat more raw foods and it is tough but they adore the smoothies and nice cream and desserts (many of which are your recipes!)

I have about a case of citrus in my fridge too a the moment - I can never get enough of it! And Dino kale - though spinach and orange smoothies are divine too. Plus the citrus is awesome in raw curry noodles! PS. I would love a video of your back yard garden!
