    During a meditation we are at the ideal space to manifest. Since the universe does not understand negatives, you need to change the mantras. You are actually drawing negativity to you. Instead of saying, I am not my thoughts, you need to say I am better than my thoughts. I am better today than yesterday. Elsewise, you're just drawing negativity to you and changing that phrase to 'I am my thoughts' which is definitely not what you want if you're having negative thinking.

      I agree. This wasn't my favorite meditation. I changed the mantras myself in my head to positive

      Definitely agree with you , while we are working hard on being positive , definitely saying I’m not my thoughts gets you out of the full
      Intention of the meditation ,?i like your idea of I’m better of my thoughts ❤

    “I am not my feelings” brought me to tears. I allowed myself to let it go and be the observer. Struggling with OCD and hearing that helps so much, especially when you talk about being the observer and not your feelings. I hope this helps throughout my day. ❤

    I have Complex PTSD, and have been in an emotional flashback since yesterday. I needed to hear “I am not my emotions” this morning to remind me this is temporary and it too will pass.

      Read the post that I just wrote. In the world of manifestation, using the word not actually draws things to you so you would want to say, I am better than my thoughts. I am loving, kind, worthy. I live for the future only. The past is a lesson that I learn from and take the positives from it to grow.

    This was just amazing! At the end, when I said: “I am free” I started crying for no reason. Maybe because I’ve been on a great protocol for loosing fat, and up to date I have lost 43 pounds. I really, really feel free. This one hit me deeply. Thank you for your great work.

    Meditation has always been hard for me, but when I found this channel I found that these meditations are really great! As a teenager struggling with anxiety, these meditations help me feel calmer and more prepared to face the worries.     The background music in this was not soothing so I had to stop in the middle of meditating and choose another one. Just my observation, not necessarily everyone’s reaction. But I do thank you for the offerings. They have greatly helped me.

    Thank you for this beautiful peace! I've used it as my morning meditation every day for months. Some days, I'm liberated and free. Other days, my thoughts get stuck.     Most mornings I wake up with a hectic mind, thinking of the million and one things I need to get done and feeling like I need to get going the moment I open my eyes. This meditation really allowed me to separate myself from my hectic thoughts and mental to do lists and put me in a great state of calmness which I feel will allow me to go about my day more calmly and productively.     thanks for this. what i found challenging/ just not the right thing needed in some moments or states, is 'i am not my body' when often when we come to meditation we crave connection to ourselves again and embodiment, i guess. but i understand what it was getting at. :) best

    I personally enjoy the imaginative mediations more than these observational ones as I find them more engaging, enjoyable and effective. Also these affirmations were slightly misleading!

    As a beginner I didn’t really understand what I am not my thoughts or I am not my feelings really meant. Maybe I’m just clueless but ya I felt sleepy after this meditation. I’ll try your others

    I love all your meditations,and I love your voice,but there’s one thing I want to say,when you guide us through the meditation,please give us at least 2 minutes before you give the other direction,for me I want to feel what you say ,so the 2 minutes of silence,help too much,thank you 🙏❤️
