“I am not my feelings” brought me to tears. I allowed myself to let it go and be the observer. Struggling with OCD and hearing that helps so much, especially when you talk about being the observer and not your feelings. I hope this helps throughout my day. ❤

One thing my therapist said that change my pov was "You cannot think your emotion you have to let yourself feel them. Thoughts are rational, feelings are emotional and physical, they don't speak the same lenguage."

Read the post that I just wrote. In the world of manifestation, using the word not actually draws things to you so you would want to say, I am better than my thoughts. I am loving, kind, worthy. I live for the future only. The past is a lesson that I learn from and take the positives from it to grow.
During a meditation we are at the ideal space to manifest. Since the universe does not understand negatives, you need to change the mantras. You are actually drawing negativity to you. Instead of saying, I am not my thoughts, you need to say I am better than my thoughts. I am better today than yesterday. Elsewise, you're just drawing negativity to you and changing that phrase to 'I am my thoughts' which is definitely not what you want if you're having negative thinking.
Definitely agree with you , while we are working hard on being positive , definitely saying I’m not my thoughts gets you out of the full Intention of the meditation ,?i like your idea of I’m better of my thoughts ❤

As a teenager struggling with anxiety, these meditations help me feel calmer and more prepared to face the worries. thanks for this. what i found challenging/ just not the right thing needed in some moments or states, is 'i am not my body' when often when we come to meditation we crave connection to ourselves again and embodiment, i guess. but i understand what it was getting at. :) best
