Hi there! Advertising is served by TH-cam, from our side - we don't put ads in the middle of the video.. I guess it's their way of encouraging to go with a YT premium.

Advertising in the middle of a meditation seems counter productive

You can control the advertisement. Google it and you will find it that you can control where to play advertisements
