Andrew , an excellent update Merci A question please. Why do you not look into keeping some of your cattle for beef. And then offer them as 1/2 side killed prepared and frozen vac pak!! You and your Dad run an excellent quality cattle and dairy farm. Your meat certainly would be top quality. I know that there are possibly a million regulations. But if it’s possible, you have the raw materials at your fingertips!!! Quality traceability. And people want to shop local. Just a thought All the best from Northern Italy
Cecilie, named after the first nurse, administered my first chemotherapy treatment of many, she went the extra mile to calm things down and walk me though it all. And not to take anything away from any of the wonderful personnel that have been helping me this part of my life battles. Still have 1 treatment left so should be done (for now at least) in mid August. Greetings from Denmark.
Hi Andrew as always another great video and always enjoy when you talk to your dad on camera. For calfs name cath after my good friend who got cancer in her early teens and passed away at 19 😢
Alright Andrew,a suggestion for your calfs name, Cáilín, its gaelige for Girl. As you have a few Irish contractors call to you from time to time it might be cool for you to show them Cáilín the Calf and in time Cow.
Why don't you have a dairy/beef system like other countries do? Both the US and Ireland have markets for it. NZ would seem to be a prime market with all of your dairies.
We do have dairy beef here, we sell our Jersey/Angus x steers and heifers at 18 months, same for our Hereford x, an old farm I managed we sold them at 6 days old.
