Im saying this as a dodger fan, what about dave roberts if the dont win it all??? 11-12 straight divison titles only one championship? I'll give you the 2017 one where they the stros cheated but other then that. Sometimes his managerial descions in the past have cost him some.big games, especially in the playoffs. What do you guys think?
I think 2022 NLDS was where he was the most to blame for losing, but last years NLDS was just the teams pitching falling apart and the bats going cold. Only so much he can do when Kershaw gives up 6 runs in the first inning. We will have to see what happens this year
If the Pirates bring back Shelton the remaining Pirate fans left will revolt. This team has no fundamentals. Cannot hit, and he gets out manages every game. He makes no adjustments in game and cannot manage a bullpen. Besides that he is great. Coaching staff is terrible too. We all know tha Nutting is a joke

I think Dave pretty much does as he's told by the analytics department but idk. I think he takes a lot of heat he doesn't deserve.
