THE ONLY TRULY EXCITING THINS ABOUT THIS DEVELOPMENT TO ME IS THAT FIIIIIINALY ORANGE COUNTY MIGHT GET A HIGHRISE BUILDING THAT IS WORTH MENTIONING IN ARCHITECTURAL BEAUTY AND THAT TRULY REFLECTS THE GREATNESS OF NOT JUST THE BIG OC BUT THE TRUE SIZE AND SCALE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CA. I BELIEVE THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE MADE THE RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS VARRYING HEIGHTS NOT ALL THE SAME OLD 6 OR 7 STORY WOOD FRAME OVER CONCRETE SLAB CRAPPY DESIGNS LIKE YOU SEE ALL OVER ORANGE COUNTY, LA, SAN DIEGO, LAS VEGAS, ETC. I BELIEVE THAT OC HAS BEEN LACKING A HIGHRISE IDENTITY LIKE ALL MAJOR CITIES HAVE (EXCEPT SAN JOSE WHICH HAS BEEN CHEATED BY THE AIRPORT). I HOPE THE 4 BILLION DOLLARS SPENT HERE WILL AT LEAST LAND US A SIGNATURE TOWER OR TWO... OH WELL... THIS IS MY TWO CENTS HOPEFULLY IT TRANSMUTES INTO REAL SENSE FOR SOME REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS WHO MIGHT COME ACROSS HERE AND LISTEN TO ME RAMBLING ON... HAHA... For Magic Kingdom fireworks, you have to watch it from The California Grill on top of Contemporary Resort! That's something we really can't do here with a clear view of the castle. Their castle is so huge, it illuminates and is visible from up there. It's 10x better with a glass of wine in hand too :)

Orange county is the most racist place in California

Affordable housing never equals good. Anaheim knocked down many businesses near the stadium and built condos. They couldn't sell many of them so converted them to rentals and this was about 20 years ago. What makes this new development better? You want fries with that? Next, I worked in that area near Disneyland. We used to call that area Anaslime. It didn't earn that nickname for just any reason. Use caution. I worked for a large telecom company in Anaheim. Due to technology advances, my job was eliminated. Humans were obsolete at that point and this was a very long time ago. I've been retired for 18 years.

I lived in Anaheim in the early 90s, and I have such fond memories of the nice neighborhoods there. It’s amazing to see how much has changed and yet how some of the charm has stayed the same!

Nice breakdown of some of the great options in AH, Monica. One correction on the neighborhood amenities, though. There are no longer movie theaters in AH. Both the Theaters in the Festival center and ones at Imperial and La Palma have closed. There are theaters right next door in Yorba Linda and a bit down the road in either Orange or Brea.

How much road infrastructure for traffic are they providing.

Yea, but what about yhe ridiculously high taxes, Green Deal mandate of all electric cars without the infrastructure; charginging centers or power generating facilties that have already led to people being mandated to no use electricity and definitely not charge their cars on certain day! All the business regulations that stifel grow and income, and has also led to companies and people not just leaving the state but fleeing in drives! The list goes on, but the state is run by Democrats, so that should tell you the shit show that is California of today!

hopefully this works out. Tourists have money to spend but us locals are stretched thin. The garden walk near Disneyland is a newer outdoor center that struggles to keep shop space occupied. Local restaurants pop up and fail every year. not a lot of local entertainment dollars to spend in this economy.
