I think this sounds GREAT! More housing density is a GOOD thing. So what about only having parking for residents? If anything, we should encourage more communities like this, to try and push the city to develop a more robust public transportation option. I live just 3 miles from the Packing House but have zero options to get there aside from driving or Uber. I think that's a bigger issue than having parking go away.
