30 years ago, I commuted to north west Anaheim from Seal Beach for work. Even back then the 57, 91, 22 Freeway interchanges and general area traffic for the morning and evening commutes were nightmare experiences due to the traffic. I can only imagine that it is worse now.
Anaheim is like visiting and living in Virginia and DC. 😅 Traffic is nuts all the damn time here. 😂 I live in Arlington VA. We are close to everything. Traffic is always crazy. Cost of living is also pricey here. Anyway, we’re thinking of moving to Anaheim California. If we’re going to pay a lot for rent, we may as well move to an area we actually like!
Grew up there and graduated HS in 1975. Anaheim was a different world than it is now. It was a good place to grow up and come of age. NOW? Tijuana Norte! Not for everyone? More like not for anyone that's not chocolate color
Totally agree with this list. But the upsides make it an awesome place to live or visit without being “too big” of a city.
I agree, there are so many upsides to Anaheim for sure!! But it’s not for everyone 🤷🏽♀️

Yep. Traffic still gets pretty bad there. The 57/5/22 split is the worst and the 91 to AH is super packed
Monica, thank you for such great information! I know, first hand, you are a first caliber realtor/negotiator👍
Awwww thank you! 🥰

That’s a great idea! What would you like to know about living in Anaheim?
Too late. I already moved here, thanks to my superstar agent and love it.
Hehe. SO GLAD YOU LOVE IT!
