Nice breakdown of some of the great options in AH, Monica. One correction on the neighborhood amenities, though. There are no longer movie theaters in AH. Both the Theaters in the Festival center and ones at Imperial and La Palma have closed. There are theaters right next door in Yorba Linda and a bit down the road in either Orange or Brea.

That's a good question! Prices are rising everywhere due to lack of inventory. However, condos haven't appreciated as much as single family homes do, so they'll stay more affordable.
