Moving away from my homeland Hawaii for over 30 years, I've learned to accommodate to the mainland foods and trying to find products similar to the islands. Now days, you can go to any store and find the items to make delicious foods and products just like if I was in Hawaii, still it's not the same and food tastes so much better back home.
Come and explore my channel and I'll share you some little secrets more like ancient Hawaiian secrets I use in my recipes...hehe. I have included some of my oil paintings at the end of some of my videos and my ukulele and guitar playing...even some slack key playing.
Mahalo nui for letting me share my mana'o (thoughts) with you all. If you use any of my videos to do fundraisings or selling, please share the aloha with someone else, as always pay it forward.

I remember having big pankeke in Hawaii that was made by my Tongan friend's mom who used to work with me at the Polynesian Cultural Center years ago, she added banana in it. I hope you guys make this great sn...
Palusami with Salmon

Where I'm from in Hawaii I had Samoan neighbors. One was a chief and almost every month people would come over and I would be ni'ele (nosy) and climb on our garage to watch their kava ceremonies. I also remember my best friend Ula had beautiful ehu color hair and they would cut her hair for the women who did the taualuga. Her parents were the most humble people you'll ever known. But, going off...

Aloha to all!! Thank you for watching and hope you enjoy seeing a few of my paintings. As many of you know Lahaina Maui was destroyed by a wild fire.
