Chocolate Haupia Pie

Almost every local hawaiian islander ate haupia. It's a dessert made with coconut milk, sugar and cornstarch slurry to thicken it. Now just imagine adding chocolate to it...so delicious! Here is my take on making chocolate haupia pie.
9" Pie Crust prebaked and cooled
3 cups flour
2 cup cold unsalted butter
1/2 cup shortening
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 Tbsp vinegar
1/4 cup cold ice water
Haupia mix
1 can 14 oz coconut cream milk
1 cup milk or water
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1/2 cup cornstarch
8 oz chocolate chips
Cool whip/Whip topping
Chocolate shavings for garnishing
