Tonkatsu Pork Cutlets

You know you from Hawaii when you can learn different types of ethnic foods from around the world. Katsu is a form of deep-fried breaded cutlets. It can be Chicken Katsu with chicken cutlets, or Tonkatsu "ton" means pork in Japan, so pork cutlets...etc. It's been a while since I've made this and my grandson loves Chicken Katsu from one our favorite place here in the states.
As you can see, the recipe is easy to follow. Hope you enjoy it and make you some onokine Tonkatsu!
