Samoan Pankeke

Some of my grandkids are part Samoan, and they love their papa’s pankeke. Thank you bradah Map for showing me how to make it. I did put a little twist in the mixture to make poi keke hehe. I remember having big pankeke in Hawaii that was made by my Tongan friend's mom who used to work with me at the Polynesian Cultural Center years ago, she added banana in it.
I hope you guys make this great snacks for the kids and yummy with Koko Samoa. Cheehooo!!!
