Really beautiful sounds--so musical. In addition to the oboe solo and other instruments, I enjoyed seeing (and hearing) the theorbo. When I was in grad school for musicology at U Chicago circa 1980 I was a sometimes player with Mary Springfels and her Newberry Consort. A local luthier had made a theorbo for her band and as a fretted-instrument person I was asked to play it, which I was very happy to do. One fun part of that was taking public transportation from the Hyde Park neighborhood on the south side of Chicago to the performance venue on the north side while carrying this enormously long instrument case. I suppose people wondered what the heck I had in there! I'm looking forward to seeing and hearing more of your performances.
