Its a really nice property, but there are 2 problems with it, 1 its in Watton which I am sure its reflected on the price and 2 unless you are walking everywhere, you basically have to enter through the garden and french doors all the time.
@@dianeyoung2914 Of all the realtors that post videos, Gary does by far the best job. We get to see the location, and his showing of the property is continuous, so we can understand the layout of the rooms. No jumping from place to place, which other agents often do. We see every part of every room as well as every corner of the gardens, a very thorough job. Sometimes I will speculate about potential changes that could be made to make the place more appealing. In another life I would become an architect. ;-)
@@Bobrogers99 Yes I agree, I was recently watching a Scottish realtor who just went round a sizeable property in minutes and by the end of it I felt quite dizzy. I actually commented on whether he had somewhere else to be and that he needed to slow down and I actually got a reply and he promised he would in future. Gary makes it look easy.

The rooms are larger than average, and four bedrooms plus an office and utility room might be hard to find, especially at this price.
I always look out for the comments to see what Bobrogers thinks lol. Nice property.
