Amazing that anyone could have actually chosen that colour. The bungalow itself is designed in such a way that although the rooms are just big enough, they're arranged in a way that makes ithem as inconvenient as possible.
There's as much shingle in that street as there is at Chesil Beach & Selsey Bill combined. Why do people do that? It kills kerb appeal! #itsaNorfolkThing
Thanks Gary, very neat bungalow, think I would struggle to have a kitchen door onto the drive rather than the garden maybe I would put some form of gates before the side door as it would be awkward to have a dog wanting access to the garden, and the real front door seems pointless. At least this property had a bath so many bungalows you show us just have showers.
Hi Sophie, there are many reasons for not many bungalows extended upwards, the main one is the cost. There is an awful lot of work involved in removing the roof and building upwards. Regards Gary.

Needs complete reconfiguration .

Do you know why the sidewalk to nowhere in the front?
I like the layout and the efficient use of space. The oil fired c/h is a big no no though.

I have notice that when there are bungalows no one has extended upwards is there a reason for it to not happen?

£230.000 In Hertfordshire that would be £530.00
