The placement of the house right on the road isn't ideal, but it's at the end of the cul-de-sac, it faces a shrubbed lot, and the spacious, private, beautifully landscaped rear garden makes up for it! The kitchen/diner is quite large, and the integral appliances will save the buyer money.
