ORR has reached its limit..!! Initially I felt PRR is not needed as STRR has already come up,, but PRR is very much needed. But the issue can be resolved at junctions by making it signal free,, Acquire some properties and build some signal free roads.. Most of the traffic is mostly due to waiting for right turn, left turn or U turn.. Try to solve these problems
