That,....was a very LARGE CUP OF COFFEE.

Onions and peppers burn long before potatoes are cooked. Put them in when the potatoes are at least half cooked. Less fire would be better for cooking, but I didn't see any easy way to turn the stove down :-) Nice cabin in a lovely setting, though. Good job.

Only thing missing is a dog. 🐕

What is that creature

That looks like a great tent. I have that Coleman Insta-tent and an awning. I am trying to get a good setup for my wife to go with me without having to buy a camper. I have never had good luck with air mattresses due to my size, but maybe I can find an alternative to that. I see that this was 3 years ago and I would like to hear if you are still using this setup? Thanks for the video!
