I have always wanted a small cabin. I would want a screened in porch so the mosquitos wouldn’t carry me away or drain me dry. Happy for both of you, enjoy! I’m a new subscriber.

How far apart did you place your 1x stickers for the metal roof. It's hard to tell by zooming in on video. Looks like about 4 ft...?

I have them 3'ft a part the closer you put them the more Solid the Roof will be when you're up walking around on it Hope This help you out.

I know we haven't posted any videos in a while It is springtime here and the water's really high it's hard to get back to the cabin right now As soon as We can get back there We will be working on the cabin again

When you used the 2x6 to create your roof pitch how did you make sure both sides were dead even?
I measured side To side And then stood back and I ball it a log cabin believe me there is nothing exact Are the same side to side

Great location, my uncle floated the entire length of the Muskegon River back in the late 1930's .He earned a Eagle badge in the Scouts. Great story. Anyway nice cabin in a beautiful setting.
Floating the Muskegon River From end-to-end would be a great adventure.

Yes My last video was putting a steel roof On my cabin Sense then I have put a floor in my cabin Then I took a little break And real soon I will be back working on the cabin again.

still looking around at chinking products I Have notmade my mind up yet Do you know of any chinking products that is a fair price.
@@cabinlife4551 no I do not, but I love the cement look, check out ( the outsider) TH-cam channel, he has a video on how they did it! But as you know there are many ways to do it out there, just depends on your taste! Cabin looks really nice 👍
