It sucks cuz mine is big and it was in the store slumped over like wet tissue and I bring it home to water it and watch it come back to life the way PLs do, which it did and was just gorgeous then a week later every last tip is brown about half inch rt on the tip, even the new pups coming up tips are brown. Smh 😢i think I put old rain water mixed with tap and maybe that was the case

NOOOOO. It does not need a lot of water,just the opposite! I've had mine for 20 years,in direct sun outside and now it's a tree and the only water it ever got was from rain...so noooo. Not a lot of water.

No it is not! Rubber Tree is absolutely beautiful, however is not easy care. It is super easy for people that really understand this plant!

Mine goes in cycles, in the summer the leaves are with spots, in the winter she turns completely green… I have it for more than 10 yrs and it can tolerate winter temperatures as low as 10 degrees but not for long

The finger use is not accurate.onlyif your finger go all the way to the bottom of your pot.

I grow Aloe to be about 1 foot tall with wide leavs and base by rotating pots 90 degrees about every month. Result is 360 degree rotation every 4-6 months. Builds them stout. Your video was pretty good. 🪴

That's very interesting, Chris. My money tree was doing great in the spring and summer, but now, in October here in Ireland we don't have a good amount of daylight. Most of the leaves have fallen off but I hope that the plant will bounce back next spring. Just keeping it hydrated like you said and maybe it will recover.

I sometimes add cinnamon into thesoul at a he area of the problem and I have found it to work k! Add fresh soil to dry out dampness and April hole a little organic cinnamon into it. (Not too much!). Cinnamon is antibacterial antifungal and pests don't like it. Cinnamon also Stimulates new root growth!

How can I tell when to water, though? Because our plants are outside, with the sun passing them in the afternoon, so most plant care tips don't apply. 😅 My mom got the plants (fiddle-leaf, rubber, pine, money tree, etc.) during the pandemic, and now I usually water ALL of them in the morning. I'm a noob and don't know basic stuff. 😅
