I would love for them to make a “destiny 3” but new IP. I think letting destiny end is the right move but I would love to see same concept on new genre. Like a fantasy Wild West with like mages and weird technology in that art style

I enjoyed D1 and D2 for a long time. Then came Neomuna the game lost its plot now with lack of good story they a made a lo9ter shooter to jumping puzzles made it hard for solo players so I just can get through a ton of content. I have had enough. No more Destiny

Microsoft won the console war with Xbox 360 and lost it with Xbox 360. Microsoft was smart asf to drop the 360 a year ahead of the PS3. And Xbox 360 had heavy hitters lineup of games but that system 3red lights of death pushed some of us 360 owners to the ps3 and we never looked back. If that system was working properly at the time. Xbox would’ve been took over the entire game industry worldwide.

Hybrid consoles are the future. I’m a little worried for Sony and Microsoft, they can’t seem to put out meaningful games consistently and their hyper focus on specs is really starting to hurt them. They need to find something that works fast but they seem very confused and greedy.

They better wake up this time and listen to customer don’t build a game based around forced pvp etc quest always lead to pvp. It should be up to the customer what they want pvp or rpg side. That’s the main issue with 2 and 1. Not just that the amount cheaters / bots in the game is silly

I’ve been a Destiny player since almost day 1. I followed other players since the beta, a d started playing about a month after its release. I was never a super hardcore Destiny gamer, and I’m not the hardcore gamer I was in my 20’s and early 30’s, but Destiny has been, and continues to be my main game since it came out. I play other games, but I chose to play Destiny over the rest about 7/8 times out of 10. I only get the chance to play a few hours a week, and usually it’s on a Sunday night, since I don’t have to work on Monday’s, but I guess due to that, I’ve never had the problem of not having story to play, or feeling like I’m just grinding, and waiting for something new. It’s made my view on Destiny pretty positive actually. I hear about all these complaints, but don’t really understand them, because to me, it’s got everything I’m looking for. I enjoy RPG’s the most, followed by FPS, and then traditional adventure games. Destiny gives me all of that. It’s an RPG at heart, built of the frame of an FPS, and is then accessorized, and filled out with adventure type story and exploration. It’s got everything I like, and I don’t play enough to be ever at the point where there’s just grind stuff left to do. I still have so much story content to play, and side quest stuff. I just feel it’s strange to complain about sone of the stuff that people complain about. Just don’t play as much, and you’ll enjoy what it has to offer so much more. I feel in general, people play too much games these days. The amount of hours I see and hear normal people putting into gaming is frankly absurd. 2 to 4 hours a week is plenty, and will always keep you excited to come back to play more, because you will always have stuff to play. I have a good 10/15 games I’m in the middle of playing, and probably won’t finish any of them for a good half a year or more, and I think that’s great! I’m getting my money’s worth, and taking my time just enjoying them leisurely. Which is kind of what gaming should be about. It’s something to do to relax, and enjoy. If you are gaming 15/20/24 hours a week, that’s not relaxing and enjoyable anymore. Your just doing it to waste time. Do you realize what you could be doing otherwise? Like learning to play the guitar, or building/programming computers and hard/software, playing paintball or airsoft, rock climbing, go carting, going to the beach, mountain biking, building and flying fpv drones and/or RC airplanes, or cars, working on/tuning a real car. The list goes on and on. Enjoy gaming, but try to do other things too. It makes the gaming experience so much better, and you’ll find you have less, if anything to complain about.

I'm subbing because this was so well done and very informative! I just jumped back into Destiny after a year or so because the latest update seemed refreshing. Deleted all 3 of my characters so I can truly start fresh and I've been loving it so far! Thanks for an awesome video man!

I think Sony will make double A and indie games through 2nd and 3rd party partners, basically what they relied on since the PS1. So their budget would be predominantly focused on their 1st party games.

Let's face it, the only things why destiny is interesting are raids, Grandmasters and exotics, outside of that, all other things are trash, in conclusion, it's the sense of cooperation with your friends what makes destiny interesting, they should focus on this instead of everything else

This weird narrative that "Xbox has revealed their true intentions, blah blah" is so....naive. Here's the simplest way of putting it. Xbox as a gaming division is like a kid trying to build a tree house by himself. Microsoft is the parent, just watching. At first, nothing of importance or value was being used or taken for the endeavor, so the parent doesn't intervene. However as time goes on the kid gets a bit more creative and ambitious. Starts using materials that actually cost money, and the work seems to starting to get hazardous, without supervision. Now the parent needs to step in, mandating limits, and holding the kid responsible, especially because the tree house is not actually coming along. Now the kids needs to get a paper route, and be hold accountable for the materials being used. This is not about Xbox and their "intentions". It's always been about money, all companies are. However, now is about Xbox management, to answer to the ones providing the capital, and that means, that now they need to actually be adults, and worry about profits, and the shareholders. Now the Xbox division, is being held accountable, when before, it was fine with just being a loss, so small, the parents didn't care, until now. But that's what happens when you invest billions, without an actual plan or a brand strong enough to justify it.

I like my rog ally. I can play games from steam, ea, xbox (xbox cloud ) and stream games from my ps5. That's why I like it. If I got a xbox handheld I probably won't be able to do that

Xbox died when Halo 4 came out, hasn't been anything good in mainstream Xbox since that dropped. Rest are from companies they bought and now abandoning. Feels bad as I first played the first few halos at a friends place, and some of the other games through the years on another friend's Xbox like Assassin's Creed. I bought an Xbox Series X, but seeing the state of Xbox worsen is dreadful.
