I saw a Marvel film the day before seeing this. If you like Marvel films, you'll hate Dune, because Marvel films are dog shit whilst Dune is quality cinema.

Dune is fucking boring as fuck

1 year later and time to think this episode over, I have to agree that it was a horrible direction for the show. The issue I have has nothing to do with the episode itself being good or bad. It was a well written story, the issue is it is not The Last of Us. It is something new that a writer wanted to create. It changes the dynamic of the relationship and situation completely, and it is basically pointless to the story now. The entire reason Joel and Ellie went to see Bill is now gone, and they somehow didn't need him to guide them through Bill's town. We just need an entire filler episode that has nothing to do with anything. The game was far more impactful when it came to Bill and Frank. Seeing Bill so upset when he discovers Frank, and then him pretending not to care when reading the letter, but you can tell it hurt him that Frank couldn't take his abuse anymore. This episode almost ruined the game for me. I don't even know what the story of the Last of Us is anymore. Is it the game version or the show version. Which one should we consider the story. It has bothered me ever since, but I tried my best to like it the same way when it came out. Just can't pretend anymore.

Dune were the movies that got me back into a movie theatre again. And as a fan of the original movie and books I was blown away by both of these movies. True masterpieces.

It is this generations Lord of the rings it’s the only franchise to ever match it and I’m so pleased he is the director at the helm

You’re comparing different kinds of movies. Yes, both Star Wars and Dune are sci-fi but they aren’t attempting to be the same kind of sci-fi. I haven’t liked most of the Star Wars movies but do like Empire Strikes Back better than Dune 2 only because I do like Empire and don’t care for Dune. If I liked both they wouldn’t be fair to compare.

The last I heard was he's working on a Documentary a year ago and he will get back to his videos when finished. I never heard anymore about a documentary or where to watch it seen any new Secureteam10 video shorts.in months.

Star Wars lost its luster for me with the first two prequel movies only made worse by the new movies. So knocking Star Wars off its perch was not a difficult task. More bad than good at this point.
