For those who remember, Renat Gaissin, who composed this song, is the author of the song "Qairam Elim" (2020) whose video was directed by Dimash himself and was the winning song for an audience choice on the American MTV in 2020 (Renat Gaissin appears in the video playing the piano). He also made together with Dimash the instrumental song "River Of Love", where Dimash plays the dombra, a Kazakh folk instrument, and the song “Omir Oter” Renat Gaissin composed the melody while traveling by plane, thinking about how to describe love. Dimash then requested that the song be featured on the Chinese program "I'm a Singer" and a Chinese ending was added (written by musician Lin Weilin, at Dimash's request) in addition to the Kazakh verse.

Dimash, a singer from Kazakhstan, performed here in China and sang at the beginning in Kazakh and at the end in Chinese. So no Korean.

Such a beautiful, beautiful song. It was dedicated to a young Dear who passed from her battle with cancer. Dimash made her dream come true and visited her in the hospital, they talked, took pictures, and she was supposed to attend his concert but passed just before it. This song and the way Dimash sings it just touched my heart and brings a tear. I'm sure she was touched...in heaven. Let her heart shine bright. Just lovely. He sings the first part in Kazakh and the second in Chinese. He performed this as a guest on the Singer 2024 finale and also performed, as a guest duet partner, with US contestant, Chante Moore, the Teddy Swim song, Lose Control. When he left China after this event, the Chinese Dears gifted him goodbye by singing the Chinese part to him at the airport, which he videoed, posted on IG, and sent to the composer, his friend, too, Renat Gaisin. This was actually the second part of the track to Tales of Destinies. Which was a tribute to Dream Theatre"s Dance of Eternity. It is also the song that inspired Su-Metal to learn english. Quote: "Through our concerts and tours, we learned that our music is capable of bringing people together, breaking borders and genres. To symbolize all of that, we decided to sing 'The One' in English." "During the recording, it was really hard, but I remember all of our fans abroad learning Japanese to sing along with us at our concerts, it gave me the motivation to do my best in this challenge.
