War thunder is quite dumb in terms of realistic. In wt jet's don't have a stall speed AT ALL, can easily pull post stall maneuvers (even if they can't in real life) and achieves 20-50 g, which is also absolutely impossible in real life. So DSC is much more realistic ;)

It depends somehow, but i do mainly play AB because the pacing is fast. Still im still practicing on RB tho, i find it fun when comes stealth and tactical ambushes.

You played 4 battles in wowp and you comparing already, I'm not sure but i think you first have to play certain amount of battles to be matched against players instead of bots only. Once you do that bots only battles are rare, happening only during late night hours. Also once you start playing higher tier, planes become more diverse with more diverse roles and stats, also higher tier bots are more aggresive. Maps get bigger with more complicated sectors, tactics and gameplay becomes faster. Im not trying to prove wowp is better cuz I never tried wt I think this comparison is unfair and hurting wowp tho. There is so so much to discover in wowp but you have to play it longer than 30 minutes xD

I really liked the event in the sense of new mechanics and non-combat focused gameplay, but the extraction part of it made the game unnecessarily frustrating to make it worth playing. If they had focused more on resource collection and less on extracting those, the event would've been insanely better, but I think they didn't go that way because they were also testing the community acceptance of a extraction gamemode.

War thunder is more like the combination of world of warplane,warship,and tanks but better Another thing is that war thunder is more real while wow is more arcadish with prototype and fake planes

i like world of warplanes more because of its faster pace combat. the game is over all very forgiving too, but the enemy ai is surprisingly competent, they play like the average 45% winrate player, so they *can* kill you if youre doing something stupid. the graphics are outdated, becasue why would they develop an unsuccessful game that noone plays? thats also why you mostly fight bots with an occasional player in an overpowered premium. and unlike in war thunder, i dont want to punch a crater sized hole into my monitor whenever i meet the tiniest of inconveniences over all its a fast pace and chill game, but has a lot of flaws resulting from a lack of a large playerbase

Bombing runs in Air Real Battles can net you 25k rp and 100k+ sl in a single match at high tier.

RB is the only way to play ground. And if you try to play arcade, besides the crappy auto-aim mechanics, you will find it has less players the higher you go. Not to mention poor rewards compared to RB. AB is intended as the training mode. For air battles though low tier I do find AB better simply because of respawn options you get more done, but again as you go higher there is far less AB and RB is where you want to be once you get to jets. Have fun either way but 99% of discussions you will see people having about this game, and groups you interact with, will be playing real battles. Just remember in RB you have to actually think about your actions. Use cover, hills, distance. Even better the distance shots actually require skill now so it separates the chaff from the wheat.

Want to have some "fun" time after school or work? Arcade. Want to become a professional e-sport athlete (If War Thunder is considered as an e-sport game)? Realistic.

I prefer WoWP. I dislike video games that simulate reality too much, and WT is one of them. Those "realistic" gameplay mechanics got annoying really fast. Also the limit of aircraft era means that WoWP doesn't have guided munitions, radar, counter measures. Just aim and shoot and avoid getting hit. I say it places more emphasis on me learning to play than how god the vehicles are. The game also has more weird aircrafts, which I like, such as a good number of "blue print-only" jets that didn't even had a prototype built 😂 (no idea how they perform, but at least they look cool) I uninstalled WT after 3 weeks, and I have been playing WoWP every day for more than two months after installing it. IMO, I just find WoWP way more fun and way less annoying.
