It's easy to live somewhere fun and never do the fun things that city has to offer. Well, when you know you're going to be leaving it, you make a point to hit all the things. That's exactly what I did the first two weekends of November. I go to the zoo, art museum, Buffalo Bayou, Galleria, Truth BBQ and some other places. Watch along to join me in these bitter sweet last weeks in my life living...

Did you get shit canned/fired? If so, that sucks. Was the boss/coworkers that bad? Most Houstonians are pretty nice, but like anywhere else there can be jerks. Try Rudy's bbq before you officially leave.
I had a similar story, like you I had no idea that the company was a broker, same story, it was super frustrated!!!
@@PatriciaTorres-wc7qd omg Yupp and when I posted about this on IG, multiple people reached out to me and said they went through the same thing 😭😤 soooo fucked. Never again.
Im a medical student thinking of going down the embryology route, maybe a MA after my ba in medicine, what do you think?
@@peachie1013 you can definitely either go the embryology route or a gynecologist route, or both haha. Embryology, you technically don’t even need a masters but it helps. If you go the physician route, you won’t actually be doing anything in the lab so it just depends if you want to be a lab rat or not. But you could also go the MD route and become a lab director one day, but in the fertility world, that’s a lot of stress on your shoulders.
@heathergosse i feel like if i were to go the embryology route i wouldn't have to deal with the stress of residency and board exams. Also, the work schedule is a lot less demanding when you do lab work (no night shifts). It also has the same rewarding effect and dealing with patients, and maybe later down the line I'll go into residency in reproductive endocrinology or gynecology
@@peachie1013 True, go for it then. The pay ceiling is still pretty high too, especially if you did travel embryology. A downfall is, and every lab is different but you may have to work weekends and holidays which is not the vibe. But that's all of healthcare tbh
@heathergosse thank you, love! I wish you the best of luck <3
I’m in love
omg this popped on my youtube. I remember meeting you at either forest or okee! Me and all my gay besties lol.
@@Bulldogs10129 omg aweee small world for sure! Hope you’re doing well 😊 I hope Okee comes back 🥺
Help your mom drive a little! Poor lady

@@imcarlosolvera8470 Awee I’m excited for you! Good luck with camping & please make sure to bring a canopy to put over your tent plus tapestries for the sides to keep your tent cool in the morning/day. That will be a life saver 😊

Do you pay rent?
No, currently living at my mom’s house until I find a job.

Omg Heather! You did so much. It’s a good thing you were off ! Haha. Looks like you had a good time
Gotta take advantage of the time off :)
Loved this video! The Houston Museum of Arts looked amazing-such a cool mix of exhibits. And the Meow Wolf experience seems so immersive; I’ve always wanted to check out something like that. Can’t wait to see where your next adventure takes you!
Yes highly recommend both of those places or something similar. Thanks for watching :)
What resources did you use to find the house if you don't mind me asking. I'm considering a move to Rochester next year
I worked for Mayo Clinic in Rochester at the time. They have their own internal marketplace website so employees can buy and sell things. They had a housing/renting section and found the listing through that.
Thank you so much! Thats why I plan on moving there.
Heather is it possible to date with you iam living in sna antonia i have my home
I am also lab Technologist looking for different country people of same deild
I didn’t see Fisher this year but i did see a new djs this year!
Go to Austin, it is your vibe. And get married lol.
Go month to month with your apartment complex until you get a job, you can negotiate. Pay off your car debt.

Hey, so I’m going to EDC Orlando 2024 but can I ask is Uber the way to go for transportation? Also, how is the phone service?
@@breetogamingg Hey! That’s so exciting! No don’t uber, it’s a nightmare unless you leave like an hour early. The last day last year, my friend and I stayed until the very end and walked 1.5 miles away from the grounds and STILL waited 1.5 hours for an uber. Literally the worst experience. I would recommend to pop your M earlier and don’t drink and just drive yourself. Maybe take turns if you have a group. But saying that, you may get caught in traffic while driving too. Either way, consider leaving 15-30 min earlier. It’s annoying but worth not sitting in traffic, especially if you’re going to the after party at Home Bass. To answer your last question, I had decent service from what I remember. Some texts might have taken a few minutes to go through but I always time stamped them. My carrier is Verizon. Hope this helps. Have a happy EDCO 🫶

Slayy Heather
You've come such a long way! 💥👊🏻💥
Slay to keeping it real girl it’s def a journey these things lol ❤
@@bohemian_rainboww awe thank you 😊
You going this year??
@@bohemian_rainboww no I am not 🥲 but have so much fun if you go 😊✨🪩
Serial monogamy to Serial dating lol You might want to time box how long you do this for IMO Generally speaking, you get good at what you practice. So if you train your brain to go from guy to guy to guy and view them as interchangeable, you are more likely to not be able to settle down and pick one guy for a life time and more likely to bail when things get tough or go stale.
this is the only footage of Infected Mushroom from LL24 I've been able to find on TH-cam and it makes me want to hate someone in power. I like what I heard tho, thank you for recording
Yeah it's wild it was the only psytrance but I'm happy they were there! I went to Eclipse festival in April and discovered psytrance and def appreciate it now ☺✨

If you get GA camping always get early entry
The clouds and the rain was everything that day! Last day best day for sure!
Yeah the rain was definitely refreshing ☔️🌈
Fetus getting a bubble bath tickled my heart
Hahah he was DIRTY to say the least 😆
My group did GA camping this year. It was so hot and dusty. My group got there at 2PM Thursday and still got put in the absolute back of the camping area. Couldn’t cook in the camp site either and it was a long walk to the market area. Stayed in the fest til 3-4 AM every night but still wish we would have done hotels 😅
Thank you for sharing your experience. I feel like at one point everyone gets shoved in the way back. I’ve noticed that festivals tend to shuffle people from back to front. I had a friend who was in the first 10 cars into camping at Okeechobee and they put them in the absolute furtherest from the festival entrance. Meanwhile, we rolled up later Thursday and could see the entrance from our camp. But honestly, having a shitty spot one time makes you appreciate future festival camping spots for sure.
Vloggers at festivals, thats why I steer clear of these mainstream ones.
It’s funny you say that because I’m going to an art & music festival today that has a cap of 1k tickets 😆 it’s like a burning man vibe I guess. Camping, one stage, family friendly, lots of artists including fire spinners. It’s called Astronox just outside of Austin, TX! You should look it up! I’m so excited! I love a good mainstream festival but the smaller more intimate festivals are def where it’s at ✨
This was my second year back to LL haven’t been back since the very first year (2017) camped both years - definitely different from the first year being a a lot smaller vs this year 😂 BUT would highly recommend camping bc of bopping where ever you want and music legit goes into the next morning(silent disco) also I showered every day with a pop up changing thing and a shower bag! Worked just as good as a real shower. As far as food goes made pasta salad, ate cold tacos, and hoagies and ate food inside the venue. If you go next year definitely camp! ❤
