Girl for some reason labs tend to be very toxic. I worked at Labcorp for a year and it was absolutely horrible. Thankfully my fertility lab, while it’s not perfect, is actually ok. Like you said, just get your training and leave because there’s a shortage of embryologist. It took my clinic in Dallas a whole year to find a senior embryologist and she had to move here from India.
@@NiqLT one of my coworkers who’s worked in other labs said she worked in a female run, all female lab and that was perfection 😆 Manifesting a lab like that ✨But yeah that’s wild they hired from all the way from India.
