Some people really look down on people that live in mobile homes. I don't see anything wrong with living in a mobile home as long as it is anchored down with hurricane straps. If it is not anchored they always feel unstable to me. Sometimes a mobile home is all that someone can afford but that does not make them bad or trashy people. People should not judge others especially if they haven't walked in their shoes.
I was raised up living in a mobile home in the 70's, one called a 1970 "Parkette" mom didn't have the $ to have the tie-downs put on our trailer. The hurricanes would come & go, the house shook a little bit, but us 3 did just fine
30 years ago, when this mh was new, it was really nice, but years and probably multiple owners have taken a toll on the old gal. The mold in the playroom is horribly sad. I can't believe they left the cast iron fry pans!!!!! Thanks for respecting people's privacy and not videoing the photos. Great video!! On to the next...
this one kinda broke my heart, im assuming it was the prev owners trying to "upgrade" this unit, so it see the new add ons right next to the heavily molded walls just made me sad, some poor kid was playing in that room and now to think they're homeless :(
@@mybrotherdonnieif you’re planning on trashing something, would you put the effort into cleaning it? That said, depending on the state, there may be a law requiring the storage for anything left inside.
One of.my coworkers was buying a mobile home she fell behind on her payments and they were going to repo it she was up all night cleaning out of pride, you know it was so neat and clean and shiny the people didn't have the heart to take it and so they worked on a new payment plan where she could get caught up and keep her home
Thanks for the video, guys 👊 Hope the subscribers and ya'll have a blessed day 🙏 This one definitely has the brain running. I hope the family is doing OK. It's pretty safe to assume this 💯 % was a repo, especially when you said "Don't point the camera there 📷. .🖼 wedding photos left behind 😔. 🙏
Well, we came by on Saturday but we didn't see you boys out in the yard, just a white SUV, but no matter, we went on to the family reunion. Still enjoy watching your videos. Thanks for the videos. 🤗
Look under the cabinets & you could see the ground, floors messed up, front door messed up, storm door fell off yrs. ago. Inside the front door looking like sawdust all on the floor😮🤷😞. Rebuild NC company gave me a new one...the one called Glory w/3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kind of small, but blessed to have it.😊❤
Ya know Donnie and Ronnie we have our mobile home in northern Michigan on 20 acres and ours came out of a mobile home park where the people were behind on there lot rent. They were working on it new roof new paint and new windows double pane like those in this one done correctly. We paid 900.00$ for it and 900.00 to move it 200 miles. Updated the inside and it’s the best thing we ever done. We’ve had it since 1997 and it’s a 1977 Schultz
We got a deal it was headed for the shredder. They reuse the frame and axles. They put a new mobile home where this one was in the park where this one sat.
I would say the walk-in closet in the master bathroom, was originally a garden tub. If you look at the trim on the ceiling in the master bedroom (7:56), looks like that is where the closet was at
The monitor could do with a recap and you should definitely replace the flyback Donnie..oh and Power supply Power supply Power supply!!..apart from that it aint that bad 😉
I have lived in and owned 4 trailers/ mobile homes and loved them. I have own 2 houses and loved them too but I would love to live in a mobile home again. I love it but it needs a lot of work especially with mold that comes from water ?
Sometimes people try things to help, but, it doesn't always work out that way. Like the windows. I think this one would need some different windows and attention to the floors.
Can always be worse-my freshman year in high school, my parents bought a repo single wide-paid $1000.00 for it, including move & setup-had to be completely rewired from the breaker box out, totally re plumbed, as it 90% of the plumbing was gone, & had to put a floor back in it, as the floor, from front bedroom all the way back to the end of the trailer was gone
Did notice that a metal roof was added, they put that on with about 3 inches of foam insulation, so that's a plus, we had that done on ours back in the day.
I enjoy your videos a lot. Did you ever want to try making a house out of the steel shipping containers? Seems like they would hold up better in an area that gets hurricanes on a regular basis.
I think You Fix the Leaks in that Trailer Get it cheap enough That would be Nice, with new Flooring and Pergo, If it wasn't for the OSB garbage used on the Floors they would all be a Easy fix
I have to wonder if the way the new wood frame windows were installed eventually contributed to the leaks in the interior walls. It is heartbreaking to think that children lived here and played in those moldy rooms. There is definitely a story here if wedding photos were left behind.
If You Guys are going to Keep Buying You Should invest In a Single axle Tractor, and someone with a class A License and Move them yourself. Down there I bet you could fine a short wheelbase single axle for 5000 or less
I know you guys know your business, but I was wondering with Donnie and his kick a** crew, could you guys just build some small 2-3 bedroom houses yourselves? If new trailers are going for over $100,000 I figure they could build a house cheaper? Thanks for the video Guys!!
The amount of mold in the play room makes me think that there's plumbing issues on top of a bad window install and all the windows are badly installed . My opinion, skip this one but also I've never remodeled or lived in a mobile home so y'all might know something I don't.
Good day to you guys✋🖐 what makes those windows leak like that? Hope the water damage isnt to bad! You guys can fix anything its just how much???🤑🤑🤑🤑money pit!!!
I'll never understand why they use particle board for the floor any Plumbing issues destroy the floors from the bottom up impossible to repair don't buy it
That’s definitely water damage. They should have paid a dollar for that.I feel bad for the people who were buying that dumb they were being ripped off.

Say it louder so the people in the back can hear you
And kept clean and maintained!

Depressing. Keep ‘em coming. 😉
Thanks
I did apartment maintenance and always hated the evictions. The stereo/tape player was interesting. Thanks for taking us along.
You’re welcome thanks for going along

On to the next...
No reason to disrespect somebody

They’re probably not homeless. Hopefully they traded it in on a new model, but you would think they would’ve cleaned it out a little better.

I feel for anyone who lost their home!!!
Thanks for the video, guys 👊 Hope the subscribers and ya'll have a blessed day 🙏

Yeah, I’m pretty sure it was a repo
Well, we came by on Saturday but we didn't see you boys out in the yard, just a white SUV, but no matter, we went on to the family reunion. Still enjoy watching your videos. Thanks for the videos. 🤗
Thank you for watching we wasn’t there Saturday
Good luck Donnie. Much love brothers.
That
😮Mine was just like that one, inside & out except it was the natural finish...white wash, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, w/carpet. Kept it for about 25 yrs.

Miss my Ceiling fan 😢
25 years must had a good run

Around here they charge 3 to 4000 just to move a single wide

You’re probably right
I love the kitchen lay out.
Layout was good
The monitor could do with a recap and you should definitely replace the flyback Donnie..oh and Power supply Power supply Power supply!!..apart from that it aint that bad 😉
I thank the power supply is good
@@mybrotherdonnie Yes it does..Maybe Joe ought to come on one of your mobile home visits..say one Sunday when the shop is closed? 😉
I have lived in and owned 4 trailers/ mobile homes and loved them. I have own 2 houses and loved them too but I would love to live in a mobile home again. I love it but it needs a lot of work especially with mold that comes from water ?
Yeah, I’m probably not gonna pick this one
With new plywood floors and the leaks fixed, I would much rather have this one.
Ok
Sometimes people try things to help, but, it doesn't always work out that way. Like the windows.
I think this one would need some different windows and attention to the floors.
Yep I think you’re on the right track
All the ones you look at you should get this you can make great
Ok
i had a 96 peach state doublewide and it had the same panel board in the kitchen that was in that master closet
That’s cool thanks for sharing

Craziness

That is a plus
Keep up the good work
Thanks for watching
I miss seeing you work on your vehicles. Any plans for you to do that in the future? Hi Ronnie!
TH-cam screws us up every time we put one out it screws up the whole. rhythm.
It’s cool that guy was respectful of that family.
That’s how we was raised, not put people down
This one needs some TLC. I know y'all could patch it up. (maybe a little more than just a patch job, lol) For the right price, who knows.
For the right price everything is doable
I enjoy your videos a lot. Did you ever want to try making a house out of the steel shipping containers? Seems like they would hold up better in an area that gets hurricanes on a regular basis.
They might, but I’ve always heard. They was a pain to get to cool off I heard to have three times more air conditioner than what you needed.
I absolutely LOVE YALLS VIDEOS 📹 KEEP EM COMING IT gives so many ideas ❤
Thanks for watching.
We put those type of house windows and doors in my moms. Looks like they just didn't have the experience on proper way to install.
Exactly what I was thinking
I think You Fix the Leaks in that Trailer Get it cheap enough That would be Nice, with new Flooring and Pergo, If it wasn't for the OSB garbage used on the Floors they would all be a Easy fix
That’s for sure
The Good and the Bad and the Ugly on this one😂
Yep
I'm working on a house from the 70s and I oddly would want the kitchen cabinets out of it.
I have to wonder if the way the new wood frame windows were installed eventually contributed to the leaks in the interior walls. It is heartbreaking to think that children lived here and played in those moldy rooms. There is definitely a story here if wedding photos were left behind.
I was thinking the same thing
I am guessing you guys decided to pass on this one due to the mold damage.
You would be guessing, right
If You Guys are going to Keep Buying You Should invest In a Single axle Tractor, and someone with a class A License and Move them yourself. Down there I bet you could fine a short wheelbase single axle for 5000 or less
Believe it or not, I’ve got a 65 Chevrolet C 60 single axle tractor and I have a CDL’s
I know you guys know your business, but I was wondering with Donnie and his kick a** crew, could you guys just build some small 2-3 bedroom houses yourselves? If new trailers are going for over $100,000 I figure they could build a house cheaper? Thanks for the video Guys!!
If these prices stay like this coming soon

We’re skipping this one
Love these videos...
Please share with me the contact info to inquire about purchasing a mobile home from this place...thanks so much in advance!
Southern choice, homes, Darlington, South Carolina
Good day to you guys✋🖐 what makes those windows leak like that? Hope the water damage isnt to bad! You guys can fix anything its just how much???🤑🤑🤑🤑money pit!!!
I think it’s the big brick molding they put around the windows
Where are your lots located? I’m needing to move.
Jefferson, South Carolina
Don’t miss a payment on your $30,000 trailer folks..
Trailers are not 30,000 anymore. This trailer New today would sell for around 100
Donnie I Believe, that's water Damage
Just a little bit
I'll never understand why they use particle board for the floor any Plumbing issues destroy the floors from the bottom up impossible to repair don't buy it
If you have a problem, you have to replace the floor to
Water damage and black mold. I don’t think it’s a good idea.
Yeah, this might not be the one for us
That’s definitely water damage. They should have paid a dollar for that.I feel bad for the people who were buying that dumb they were being ripped off.
Nobody made them buy it
Has mold ....No way
Has a little bit
Who the hell gets a mobile home repoed!? Wow
Looks like a lot of people from what I’m seeing on the lot
👍👍👍😎☕
Thanks
Looks like a money pit to me. 🤷♀️
Maybe I don’t know
Sad
Yep
