nice vid barkage u really has been motivating me 2 train and i am trying 2 get better at hefesto by adding weight 2 me as well as planche which feels pretty easy so i was curious and decided 2 add 3.63kg ankle weights and when i was planching every single vein was popping out of my head😂 i did not expect it 2 be that difficult so i decided instantly imma add ankle weights planche 2 my routine cuz i feel like that will get me ridiculously strong and also i feel like rest days r actually harder 2 get through than my training is cuz i luv training calisthenics can any1 relate?
Awesome, good luck with the ankle weights! And yeah, I think rest days are harder than training days, especially eating well on a rest day (this is why I train every day now xD)

Oh yes for sure, it’s too much dopamine too often. This is actually why I stopped using pre before every session and stick to 1-2 times per week
