Barkage if you read this I know you may think that you have low subscribers for 3 years of upload but 10k subscribers is actually a lot and the impact you had on me and no doubt others is huge. Because of you I unlocked full planche, iron cross, front lever etc... I just love your positivity and what you offer in your videos no one come close to that kind of quality info. I cannot count the number of times I came back to rewatch your videos. I literally repeat to myself some of your tips every single time I workout. It's unfair that you don't have the recognition you deserve even if your are 1000x stronger, more knowledgeable, funnier than mainstream calisthenics youtuber like heria or browney. Nowadays entertainment is more important than real content with substance. I hope you are not discouraged by that or that you don't have anything serious going on with your life rn. Nonetheless I still respect your choice. Don't underestimate your impact on others💪 I hope you will read this

Love this skill! Been practicing the advanced tuck to touch and its really good! Also,what do you think about half reps from touch to bent arm FL back to touch (so no FL lockout)? Easier to get more reps and keep the tension on the muscles.

I have been doing basic, endurance and strength pull-ups, Bar Muscle-up, Dips and HSPU for 5 years. Now I want to start training so I can do Front Lever, Front Lever Row and planche and Planche Push-up. How should I start? I would like to know your opinion. thank you so much

I want to ask you a question about training, do you think weighted pull ups, dips and some specific gym work can help break through pleatu because it's easier to build muscle in the gym, afterwards, go back to training specifically for skills in calisthenics ? Thank you !
I learn the straddle planche, therefore, you only need to do exercises with a classic grip both on paralets and on the floor. If I do exercises with different grips while exploring the straddle planche, is it safe if I do everything perfectly?

You should make videos where u react to popular calisthenics athletes on social media and could give us advice in relation to other people's videos. :D
Any dinamic variations will be 2x more efficient than isometric ones. For example, if you do 1 pull up front you can hold 2s. It is better to train more dinamics tough! This is what is helping me a lot
@@EragonShadeslayer it’s pretty hard to find a good pull skill to train for after front lever…..touch front lever, victorian, straight arm touch, for some reason its hard to find good activation. From planche to maltese is a lot easier, they complement each other really well. Also great to train at the same time, gave me some really good results.

Yo Barkage just wanted to let you know that your channel is amazing. I was so frustrated and confused with my calisthenics progress that I contemplated quitting. Your channel stopped my downward spiral and kickstarted progress towards full planche and front lever! I'm so happy with the program I designed according to your tips! Please come back and continue with the videos. I know it's frustrating to only have a rather small audience despite posting a lot but keep in mind that calisthenics skills is a super niche sport that few people do. It's never going to yield hundreds of thousands of subscribers unlike say general fitness and bodybuilding.

You recommend to learn the pull up to touch after being able to hold a front lever how many seconds ?

if you can hold a front for 8-10 seconds pretty consistently
Awkward move, especially hard on the back of the shoulders even when my front lever is pretty solid. Maltese suits me a lot better.
Front lever doesn’t use much rear delts. Maybe try training vic leans or something. Dragon press also trains rear delts but it’s mostly tris
