Bro literally singled me out. I am 16 years old and a just like a few days ago started cutting down a bit for a circus show I have in a few months. I have been keeping my protein up and being very macro conscious. I don't track my calories but I just listen to what by body says and keep myself a little under my normal intake. I have been building muscle pretty fast and will continue on after my show but for now I have been focusing more on strength and trying to get a bit lighter. thanks for the vid Barkage. its great to see you thrive
