We are two classically trained pianists and we play the classic jazz repertoire (stride piano, swing, blues, boogie woogie), ragtime, and tunes from the Great American Songbook. We play both in piano solo and as a four-hands piano duo. We hope that you like our arrangements!
The music we love - classic jazz - has a unique and fascinating history and we are enthusiastic about it. Our goal is to spread the love for this music by creating a community of people who desire to deepen their appreciation of it and who are looking for a place to share this passion. I LOVE YOU | Stephanie Trick & Paolo Alderighi
Paul Whiteman was called on to provide a pit orchestra for a 1923 musical called “Little Jessie James,” and he engaged a colleague of his, Harry Archer, both as bandleader as well as composer for the production. With the collaboration of lyricist Harlan Thompson, Archer wrote “I Love You” for this show, which became not only the big hit of his career but also the most popular song of the musicals of that season.

My grandmother learned to play the piano in a convent school in Ontario, Canada. She played beautifully until just before her passing in 1969 at the age of 87. I can still remember her playing this piece. Brought back many happy memories. Thank you for warming my heart. Margie
