After seeing all the positive reviews I picked one up today for indoor running and I'm impressed. The turning radius is amazingly tight compared to the mini crawlers I own and it handles quite well. Plus it can go lots faster and excels at drifting on linoleum. LOL. I agree the body clips are wonky but they hold. Otherwise like you say, it's a fun, well built little monster truck. Nice job Losi.

I ride supermoto on the track. how do I get more steering at medium speed? Now I almost have to stop it and then I can make a sharp turn.

Read the manual to see what those two extra connectors are for. The yellow wire is for controlling your drag brake from the transmitter. The white one is for the real drive feature. Use either channel 3 or 4 to use.

I find mine to be fun, and I find mine to be a pain in the ass sometimes when I’m coming out of a corner and I’m not a wheelie mode it’ll just go all glitchy and do a high wheelie and then cut out. I still think version one has a lot of things that need to be worked out but definitely fun.

I appreciate your exploration and experimentation, along with reading some other comments it is clear that the brains in this machine are much more advanced than anything I've seen come before it. You can also see it in real time when it runs against the Skyrc SR5, which is still a quality machine IMO, but much more squirrelly and unstable. This is also IMO a result of the suspension being more capable on the Losi, in particular the front suspension can articulate in two axes which really helps. I've been running RC motorcycles since 1996 and you had to really had to have some a lot of skill back then to do what the Losi makes look easy today
