මුලින්ම බදුනෙ හිටවන්න කලින් අවුරුදු කීපයක් ලොකු බදුනක හරි පොලොවෙ හරි හිටෝනව කිව්වෙ ඊට පස්සෙ ආයෙ පොඩි පොට් එකකට දාද්දි මුදුන් මුල ගොඩක් දිගයි. එතකොට පොඩි පොට් එකකට දාන්ඩ බෑනෙ . මුදුන් මුල කැපුවොත් මැරෙයි නේ ඒකට මොකද කරන්නෙ
නැහැ. මුදුන් මුල කැපුවට ශාකය මැරෙන්නේ නැහැ. වැඩුනු ශාකයකට අවශ්‍ය ජලය සහ පෝෂක කොටස් උරා ගැනීම සිදු කරන්න වැදගත් වෙන්නෙ පාර්ශ්වික මුල්.

මල්වත්තට ඇතුල් වන තැනම ඉන්නව කලු කොට භූතයෙක්. ඌ ඕනැම කෙනෙකුගේ බෑගයේ ඇති මුදල් රන් භාණ්ඩ ඔබට නොපෙනී පැහැර ගන්නව. ගෙවල් කඩන්ට, බැංකු කොල්ලකන්ඩ මූ හරිම දක්ෂයි. කිසිම ඇඟිලි සලකුණක් නැතුව කිසිම අගුලක් අතින් නොඅල්ලා කිසිවෙකුට නොපෙනී මුදල් මිටි පිටින් හොරකම් කර ගෙන එයි.

නුඟ ගස්වල හැදෙන ඒ ගෙඩි ප්‍රාග් උදුම්බරය ලෙස හැදින් වෙන පුෂ්ප මංජරි. ඒවා තුල ඒක ලිංගික පුෂ්ප හට ගන්නවා. කෘමීන් ආධාරයෙන් පුෂ්ප පරාගනය වී බීජ හට ගන්නවා. එවායින් පැල ලබා ගන්න පුළුවන්. ඒ සඳහානැවුම් ගෙඩියක් කපා, පල්ප් සහ බීජ ඉවතට ගෙන පොඟවා ගන්න. පතුලේ ගිලී යන හොඳ බීජ පැල කර ගන්න. නුඟ අතු මගින් පහසුවෙන් පැල ලබා ගන්න පුළුවන්.
