    I have something to say. :) When i was a child, my mother projected her insecuritys on to me, saying things like "iam good for nothing" or helping me with maths in a way... hmm how can i describe it... Whenever i couldn't solve an equation in an instant, a nuclear explosion would feel like brief and calm wind next to her reaction... I could go on, but i leave at that. Long story short, i have risen out of that crap and iam confident enough, to do whatever i wanna do and iam not afraid to fail. I don't give a f*** so to speak. And now, after i became quiet successfull in my life and beeing happy in my life, she seeks the contact with me, but i dont want to. And despite of that she trying to give me a sense of guilt, that I don't want anything to do with her, which is kinda annoying. Does someone has a tip for me, on how to deal with that? I have a deep disrespect for this woman and don't want to spend any time with her... I also have three little brothers, 2 of them live in her basement, no work, no real social life, etc... Is there something i can tell them to help them too? Thank in adwance :)

    I learned how to make the perfect Chocolate Chip cookies by failing 100 times… then practicing 100 more times… He makes an excellent point. If someone gives up, it’s because someone taught them that. Failure isn’t proof of anything. Failure is a necessary part of success. We simply can’t learn everything without DOING. And we’re not going to do it right at first. I EXPECT to fail the first time I try a new recipe. When people say “I just can’t cook” that tells me they gave up when they had those initial failures. Everyone can cook, but are they willing to fail to gain the ability?

    Awesome interview, both of you :) The emphasis you put on protecting workflow and attention is extremly validating. I always felt awful when I am being pulled away from something I am doing and beinf unable to pick it right up again, but my feelings on the matter have always been minimized by others. It felt like I was weak and broken for being unable to keep my focus despite being interrupted all the time, but now I'm starting to think that it's _not_ "just me", and I need to better protect that momentum I build up.

    Great conversation, just echoing a reply I made about some audio issues: I can hear Kati's voice doubled a little bit before, after and while Kruti talks because both mics are picking her voice up. It seems there's an issue with the noise gate threshold for each mic.

      There is some valid critiques tbh, I can hear Kati's voice doubled a little bit before and while Kruti talks because both mics are picking her voice up. It seems there's an issue with the noise gate threshold and it's been edited to silence each person's audio between their speech but otherwise keep the raw recording, including audio crossover from the other person's voice

    Umm who can afford a TS concert? It’s so unfair for the children and families that can’t afford 1k for each ticket. What about her poor fans? Do they not deserve the experience. Does she really need all that money? Isn’t she already a millionaire? I don’t see the need for her prices and I think it’s very selfish of her to charge so much.

    Your language isn't nearly as careful, thoughtful or naunced as it could be if you were deeply connected with your potential. Sometimes people are actually broken, not because they were taught but because there's actual neurological damage, caused by developmental trauma. Yes your cute coaching advice may help a large proportion of your audience, but i wish you spent more time marinating over the data without the desire to upload. Maybe then.

    Yes, we need stress management skills like that, but the best solution is not to see how many stressful people and how much of their abuse you can put up with but rather to get those toxic people out of your life and replace them with good people. You don't really want to see how many mosquito bites you can tolerate because eventually you're going to get malaria or dengue fever. And if you learn to tolerate toxic people, you'll end up picking up some of their toxic traits and shaming good people for not being patient with the toxic people.

    • @Mr.Stan123
      @Mr.Stan123 3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      That’s not the point. The point is detachment. You obviously don’t have to get bit by mosquitoes. You can just meditate in a quiet room.
