Hey hey! long time. Ahhh this looked like so much fun!

Ive been following that guy and I've learnt this...1.He didn't research well about what he want to do,,2.Lack of proper planning he could have put borehole, Fencing,good structures..3 . There's nothing called helping the local with jobs this is lifetime investment you need to work with reputable contractors,..4.He potrayed himself as a big guy in town driving Discovery and people took all the money from him..5 . Starting big was the biggest mistake he made it was just pure risk,.. 6. running a business while you're not on the ground its a no no he needed to be hands on for at least two years before finding a manager... there's a lot that he did wrong
