What’s the difference between Standard, Cinematic and Extreme?

One thing... :-) No such thing as a Smartphone Filmmaker. :-) It's a DIGITAL Video camera. :-) Where do you put the film? :-) We make MOVIES, not films. :-) Film, filming, and filmmaking are the most misused and MIMICKED words in the industry. Even though the words, movie, and film, went hand in hand. There was a time, when you couldn't have one without the other. This is no longer the case. Thank you for your time film. 🙂 Digital video and film require different skill sets. Having DIFFERENT HISTORICAL and TECHNOLOGICAL timelines spanning 150 years. Have PRIDE and appreciation of the gear we use, including the words that describe what we do. Plenty of AMAZING video engineers worked hard to develop the technology that eventually superseded film. Our tools are Digital Video, Non-linear, and CGI. We are moviemakers, not filmmakers. We do what filmmaking wished it could, and movie-making still does. Not only that, but we are creative types such as Videographers, Directors, and Cinematographers. Using the word film lacks originality, and creativity, and expresses a limited understanding of what got us here including the tools (technology) we use. Also, since the individuals teaching this craft in the 21st century have as little knowledge as the students, so much is getting lost in translation. If a school calls itself a "film" school or defines you are filming. Find another school. If you learn to appreciate the tools of the craft. The art will follow. :-) 🙂 We video or are videoing, we do not film. Don't like it? Apply some of that creative originality instead of mimicking. 🙂 We learn from, but differentiate from, the RARE professionals who know how to use film stock (like, KODAK COLOR NEGATIVE 35millimeter 500T or Kodak VISION 70millimeter 2383) and film cameras, like the ARRIFLEX 435 or the Panavision R-200 and let's not forget Steenbeck flatbed film editors. If you know the difference and have a better understanding of the craft. You will stand out in an industry polluted with point-and-shoot "pros". No chance to connect IPhone 15 Pro with IPad (8 Gend), both with updated systems, both properly connected to the same Wi-Fi, swith-on Bluetooth, the same Apple ID... Maybe someone had the same prob? Thanks!

why my camera so shaky even im on extreme stabilizing? the looks on camera is good, but when i save it, it really shaky

to anable the shutter button on the rig try to enable "use volume button to trigger Record" in camera setting. For my hohem m6 gimbal works in this way.

I can't work out how to display a lot on my monitoring iPad with 3 cams. The individual iPhones show the lut but don't pass it through to the iPad for monitoring. On the iPad the settings seem to only be for the ipads camera and not for all the incoming feeds.

I want to buy this anamorphic lenses but still dont know if i choose the M or the T series. as far as i know, the T is much more focused on all video area, while the M are much more focused on the middle video? Or am i wrong?

Excellent video - was looking at nanny-cam or webcam apps to try and do this, but the black magic app works perfectly - using 2 iphone 11s one on a 2m long extension and gimbal - giving some fantastic panoramic shots and drone type aerial shots.

They seem to have removed the second page of settings on record. I can't find the way to change to save to camera roll. It's frustrating.

Hi Rob I always use for videos for tutorials on camera Apps. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max, and I am viewing your Cinema P3 Pro exposure settings tutorial one year later. My screens does not have the same info as yours, and I couldn't get the square reticule either. On the Camera Settings, your screen shows Center, Spot and Manual fully spelt out. On my screen, it shows, C, S and M. Today 21st August 2024, I have just downloaded the App, and I am disappointed that I cannot follow exactly your procedures. Many thanks Terry Davis

I know, it's a cellphone lens, but coming from using 'real' cameras, 100 grams is like the weight of a lens hood (or not even) -- and the BeastCage itself is fairly heavy...
