I rented a tiny house on wheels for a while, it was cute, I really liked it. II'd like to have one for traveling. BUT I'd need to have a loft i can fully stand up in, where its exactly a bedroom, like I can put a dresser in it, stand up fully, and I'd want at least the wall I'd face when sleeping, to be a giant fully glass window. Some floating shelves on the walls, and better than a dresser, some built ins. Definitely a shower outdoors, and a rooftop deck as well as a foldable deck that I could let down when I reach my destination, but keep secured to the side of the house when driving, and it would act as an extra layer of security since I'd be able to pull it closed from the inside and it would block the front door.

Tell your sister to get some wood palates (if money is tight) or a raised slatted bed base and a small fan for under her mattress asap or it will grow mold! The moisture from her body gets trapped within the mattress and without ventilation beneath mold begins to grow. Don’t learn the hard way- it sucks!!!

I grew up in Maine and moved to the south, so worth it cost wise 😂 we spend (fiance and I) 1000 for rent and after a recent visit, groceries are a bit cheaper here but comparable I'd say.
